Position Summary

Serves in a leadership role in the application lifecycle for assigned applications including system evaluation, development of new applications (requirements, design, build, and test), and application maintenance (deployment, operations, and optimization). Collaborates with user departments to identify, analyze, and support ongoing needs while achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs) relative to the supported applications. Leads or participates in process improvement activities related to Application Management

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, computer science or business or related field or 8 years of equivalent experience.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
Healthcare operations, project management, process improvement basics, use of MS Office applications including MS Project and Visio; communications methods

KIND & LENGTH OF EXPERIENCE:
4 to 6 years experience in systems analysis, programming; 3 to 5 years business or clinical experience.
