This position is responsible for the supervision of 25-30 employees and works in collaboration with the medical director of the Bariatric program, medical director of the McConnell Heart Health Center, the Director of Clinical Services, and the Medical Specialty Foundation, to ensure that quality, customer service, quality of work life, and financial goals, and program objectives are met.</p>  <b>Minimum Qualifications</b><br/>  <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<br/>Education, Credentials, Licenses:   Bachelors Degree<br/><br/>Specialized Knowledge:  Experience in physician billing and collections, understanding of insurance verification and reimbursement for the (Metabolic and) Bariatric service line<br/>Ability to develop systems and processes to guide projects; Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written; Excellent organizational and computer skills; management skills such as coaching, teaching, problem-solving, continuous process and quality improvement and ability to develop processes and structure to achieve results; Knowledge of Medicare requirements/regulations and JCAHO Accreditation processes; Knowledge of leadership and management practices, process improvement and total quality assurance; and adult learning principles.<br/><br/>Kind and Length of Experience:   Three to five years experience in the area of bariatric surgery with both inpatient and outpatient management and substantial clinical experience. <br/><br/><br/>DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS<br/>Education, Credentials, Licenses:<br/>Masters Degree in nursing or Healthcare Administration; Five years or more experience in Bariatric program development and management. This position is responsible for growth and development of Cardiovascular Services and CORE services, ongoing process improvement of clinical activities including patient flow, employee training and skills development, billing compliance, outcomes data integrity, and regulatory and compliance.  This position is also responsible for the coordination and oversight of center-wide clinical research, assuring integrity of data and clinical outcomes.  This position serves as a liaison with RMH for seamless care across the continuum for safety and clinical services.  The position also represents the above mentioned departments at organization-wide department-related meetings, and directs financial management of all of the cost centers involved.  The manager supervises the Human Performance lab team leader and Cardiac Rehabilitation team leader, in the coordination of daily functioning of the above-mentioned departments. This position is also responsible for the management and oversight of 3-5 satellite clinic operations.</p>  <b>Minimum Qualifications</b><br/>  <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<br/>Education, Credentials, Licenses:   Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Ohio.
