The individual in this position will be responsible for coordinating and providing patient care and follow-up and to assure efficiency and quality in the delivery of patient care. He/she assists with required health services, provides personal health and safety counseling, injury tracking, case management, prompt employer communication and maintains appropriate records.

Education:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the State of Ohio
CPR certified
Computer knowledge of Occupational Health System
Previous experience in emergency room or urgent care nursing

Based on problems determined, the occupational therapist establishes and carries out a plan of care which includes patients/family instruction, d/c planning, documentation in the medical record, communication with the team, and reassessment. Helps patients to achieve their maximum level of functioning. Clinical instructor for students, and participates in departmental functions, i.e. process improvement.

B.S. and/or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensed in the state of Ohio. New graduates with excellent references considered.

Graduated from an accredited O.T. Assistant program. Current OTA licensure in the State of Ohio. Understanding of commonly treated disease processes. New graduate with very good references. BLS Certification
