The Experiential Learning Outcomes Manager acts as an internal educational consultant to design, develop, manage and measure outcomes based experiential learning initiatives across the OhioHealth System. Is responsible for making home visits to assigned patients requiring skilled intermittent professional nursing services in the home. All findings and/or changes regarding patient are communicated to the RN Case Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree in Nursing. Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio. Valid Ohio driver's license.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of homecare nursing, home intravenous therapy, Medicare regulations, JCAHO standards, home care reimbursement, and basic personal computer skills.

This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. He/She is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Current registered nurse license from the State of Ohio. Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. BLS certification.

An opportunity to work at the new Westerville Medical Campus Emergency Care Center that will be opening in the summer 2012.
Previous Emergency Department Nursing experience with BLS, ACLS and PALS is preferred.
The hours for this position is 7pm-7am, along with every other weekend and every other holiday required.

This position combines the responsibilities of a Staff RN and Education Specialist (I, II or III). This position ensures delivery of evidence-based practice by professional nursing personnel and other staff in designated areas of responsibility.

Education and Experience:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Current registered nurse license from the State of Ohio.

Specialized Knowledge:
Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. BCLS certification. Knowledge in the nursing process with expertise in adult learning and staff development. Some experience with Change and Systems Theories, Performance Improvement, role and team development and evaluation processes.

Experience:
One to three years clinical with some teaching

Provides both patient care and acts as an Educator for the department staff. BSN required.

This position is responsible for identifying and coordinating patient/family care needs to provide palliative and supportive care to the terminally ill and their families. He/She utilizes teaching, assessment and intervention skills to maximize quality of life to patient and family in all settings of hospice care. This position directs the work of home hospice aides/homemakers and/or patient care volunteers and is responsible for promoting the hospice philosophy within the organization and community. The hospice registered nurse is committed to the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the hospice concept.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current license from State of Ohio, current valid driver's license, and must have own transportation.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Excellent nursing process skills; well-developed communication skills; basic knowledge of family systems/dynamics, flexibility.

KIND and LENGTH of EXPERIENCE
3-5 yrs prior medical/surgical nursing experience or equivalent; home health nursing facility experience.
