Position Summary
Responsible for patient admissions to HomeReach/HomeCare.
Minimum Qualifications
Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio. Valid Ohio driver's license and a dependable means of transportation. Specialized knowledge in home care nursing, home intravenous therapy, Medicare regulations, JCAHO standards, home care reimbursement and basic personal computer skills. One year experience in both home health nursing and medical surgical nursing.
