<title><![CDATA[Physician Office Specialist - (Neurological Associates, Ohio)]]></title>

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phone, directing calls appropriately, scheduling patient appointments, data entry of patient information and insurance verification, providing support to staff members as assigned.  The Office Specialist is well organized, highly motivated, customer service oriented and expresses good communication skills</p>  <b>Minimum Qualifications</b><br/>  <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS <br/>High School Education or general education degree (GED).  1-2 years previous secretarial experience in health care of medical office or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<br/><br/>DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS <br/>High School Graduate with post high school education with emphasis on secretarial, business, or computer skills.<br/><br/>SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE<br/> Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.  Excellent communication and organizational skills.  Excellent customer services skills.
