Position Summary
This position leads the planning, organization, and management of the hospital's pharmacy services. He/She develops and implements appropriate pharmacy policies and practices.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Registered Pharmacist (Ohio), advanced degree (M.S. Hospital Pharmacy, M.B.A.), Hospital Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Business, Clinical Pharmacy, Performance improvement
KIND and LENGTH of EXPERIENCE
5 yrs in health care management.
Additional Job Information
This Pharmacy Leadership Position will have management responsibility for Hardin Memorial Hospital Pharmacy Services. Hours of operation are 7:00-4:30PM M-F with weekend hours limited to Saturday morning 8A-12P. They will report to the Regional Director of Pharmacy Services for OhioHealth.
