Position Summary
Is responsible for making home visits to assigned patients requiring skilled intermittent professional nursing services in the home. All findings and/or changes regarding patient are communicated to the RN Case Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree in Nursing. Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio. Valid Ohio driver's license.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of homecare nursing, home intravenous therapy, Medicare regulations, JCAHO standards, home care reimbursement, and basic personal computer skills.
KIND and LENGTH of EXPERIENCE
1-2 yrs acute care and homecare RN experience.
