Position Summary
This position exists to accomplish work that does not fall under a specific routine, like floor care, carpet care, terminal cleaning, disaster or emergency cleaning, etc. The Project Technician is responsible for the improvement of the condition and appearance of the Hospital by using specific machinery and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
High School Graduate or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Knowledge:
Familiarity with operating and maintaining floor care and project-related equipment.
Kind and Length of Experience:
Floor care experience in large, multi-building facilities
