This position reports to the Senior Vice President &amp; General Counsel and provides legal services to the system hospitals, clinical staffs, outpatient care sites, senior system leadership and the Corporate Officers. The Vice President will staff and support the MSF clinical divisions, OhioHealth clinical councils and other groups as assigned by the CMO and MSF President. He or she will actively participate as a member of the OhioHealth Quality Management Council and other relevant OhioHealth quality and safety work groups. The vice president serves as a liaison to OhioHealth facilities and business partners.</p>  <b>Minimum Qualifications</b><br/>  <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<br/>Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine; board certification in a relevant clinical field; demonstrable, significant experience in healthcare and graduate medical education leadership<br/><br/>Significant experience with matrix leadership in healthcare systems, including but not limited to clinical operations and process improvement. Understanding of the application of clinical data and process improvement. Manages the fiscal affairs of areas of responsibility within the established business plan.  Oversees appropriate capital expenditures for off-campus Ambulatory development.  Monitors systems to ensure productivity standards are met.  Maintains control on cost to meet managed care requirements.
