Position Summary

The Vice President, Process Excellence ensures optimal effectiveness of the OhioHealth Project Management Office (PMO) team to achieve continuous improvements in the quality, efficiency and value of organization services across the system. The incumbent is responsible for the oversight and ongoing development of the Process Excellence (PEX) team system-wide. The Vice President, Process Excellence will apply their strategic and technical understanding of process excellence to developing, implementing and overseeing a strategy for leveraging the Project Management Office as a development opportunity for future OhioHealth leaders. Individual will play an active role in the Talent Management Process.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related field (MBA, MHA or master’s degree in industrial engineering)

Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement expertise

Demonstrable experience and comfort working closely with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrable leadership and leadership development experience in a large, complex healthcare organization.
