Responsibilities include development of class curriculum as well as ongoing management of course content according to changes in operational processes and procedures.  The Education and Training Coordinator must maintain knowledge of Revenue Cycle information systems, departmental processes, and policies and procedures.  Training venues include individual and small group courses, large classroom sessions that span several days of course content, and development of on line courses through OhioHealth University.  This position supports new hire training as well as training for new system implementations and upgrades.  To support new system implementations, the Education and Training Coordinator is responsible for leading education project teams, determining tasks and timelines to create, develop and provide project training, and track issues relative to completion of the project training initiative.
