This position ensures delivery of quality registration services via effective use of material and human resources for OhioHealth. He/She interacts with internal/external customers as a resource for information and problem-solving. This position provides direction and supervision to staff. He/She prepares, submits, and administers an annual departmental operational budget to establish financial goals and guidelines. Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Additional Job Information
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or related field from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Communication and interpersonal skills; PC knowledge and Patient Access HIS; demonstrated skills in employee training and development. Understanding of Revenue Cycle process.
Kind & Length of Experience
1-5 yrs management typically acquired via progressively responsible positions; 5-10 yrs directly related to hospital admitting.
